Check if there's a LORA of Kakashi in TensorArt and if not check civitai or seaart. For lipsync you can try runway because Kakashi wears a mask and most lipsync tools can't animate masks. Yes, also use the negative prompt and if there is a Lora of a slap add that to the composition also
