Touring KIAMUNYI HILLS Gated Community with State of the Art Mansions Only

Today we are touring the upcoming gated community called Kiamunyi Hills in Nakuru.
Located in Kiamunyi, 4km from Nakuru CBD and 1km off the Nakuru - Kabarak road, this community features 1/4 acre parcels of land. Some are already donned with state of the art mansions while others are under construction.
Many of the parcels are owned by Kenyan diaspora. Some parcels are currently being farmed and others remain idle. All in all, KIAMUNYI HILLS is style and modern architecture to the landscape from where you can see as far Lake Nakuru. Kiamunyi Greens is also a neighbor with the same appeal.

Beyond this estate which I understand is Kiamunyi hills, land should not be subdivided to small plots but be left for large scale farming, we need food and it can not be grown on high-rise apartments, this is very rich agricultural land and we should safe guard this space.

Actually even Kiamunyi Hills was large scale agricultural land for decades since colonial era. But I agree with you. Is why I always argue that for now, let us utilize the already existing plots of land, especially around town before going further out to subdivide fresh tracts of land. Hoarding of land and speculation should be addressed NOW. Otherwise we end up with poor management of resources.

Kiamunyi is such an amazing place, so green and fresh. With the increase in population, its just a matter of time before the whole area is built up. I would consider buying a plot 100x100 in Kiamunyi. I beginning to fall in love with Kiamunyi thanks to Ezra.

Great video Ezra… I am only imagining what the final product will be here. I am not hating but something is just not right about 50by100s. I love the vegetation in that place and I know thy will keep it. Next time just take us a little over the cliff so we can see menengai crater.
