I almost died when she used a glue gun to put it all together

I never understand glueing when structurally it makes more sense to see it. The bag is really cute though I just don’t understand cutting construction corners🤷🏽♀️
Why the hot glue when you have a sewing machine?? I dont get it 🤦♀️ i feel like as soon as you put something inside the backpack it will just fall apart
I use hot glue high quality. So mine keeps it Very well. But I show only an idea. Everyone make own choice things to use.

Yeah! I mean, some parts you can't sew, but couldn't you just use FABRIC GLUE. glue that is meant for fabric?
@@jade_the_artiste When they mentioned above that they use high quality hot glue, it's more than likely the fabric/leather hot glue.
super cute pattern, have to say it is my first time seeing hot glue used for a sewing project and I have been sewing a very long time lol
Great pattern, going to try it. I might use glue to hold pieces temporarily, but I would sew them all together. Glue will come apart over time, especially if you are carrying things in the bag. Straps in particular take a lot of punishment.
The idea is good... not the execution with glue gun. If it was sewn all the way makes it more durable.

It is her idea, you can copy the glue bit, or carry on with sewing. When I watched YT, I am only looking for ideas, and modify them according to my liking.

@@ashilaalnoj8235 helpful when you see alternatives you know. like honestly, how can glue hold up with something like a bag pack. not even specialty glue, just plain old glue gun. her way of doing things is valid, but other's opinions for hating it is also valid.
@@ggundercover3681 Teach everyone to make a backpack for decorate, if you put heavy things it might fall apart and all your stuff might spread out on the street

Nice tutorial. would recommend barge liquid cement instead of hot glue.
Its what pros use to repair shoes when you get soles fixed it'll bond waaaaay better than hot glue.

Just imagine you’re walking and and you hear a small thud, and you look down at the floor and see the little pouch she glued onto the backpack just laying there on the floor all detached lol😂😂

I love the backpack but I sewed mine as I thought it would look better and be more durable. Both are correct!! I highly recommend sewing the backpack if you have a machine. If not, hot glue is an amazing alternate

Man, I keep watching videos on this channel thinking "how cute, I want to make that" and I'm hooked...until she pulls out A GLUE GUN or hand sees when she has a machine right there. If it's for her to use then by all means, but I'd never glue gun a sewing project I was selling.
Aside from that, thank you for sharing the ideas...now to figure this out without a glue gun. And genius idea with the wall tape!

Or decide to put something heavy inside the bag... 🤦♂️

Pra uma bolsa de boneca é perfeito pois vai ficar só de enfeite mas pra uso não é prático a menos que carregue só pape. Ainda assim o passo a passo é legal desde que seja costurado

si la verdad por q va pegada con pegamento y no cosida...
Creo que usa pegamento porque su maquina de coser no es muy potente. Para coser telas gruesas y de varias capas se requiere una maquina industrial.

Для удобства стропы у рюкзачка должны регулироваться по длине, иначе закидывать за спину можно будет только через одно плечо. И лучше прошивать все швы, а не склеивать полиэтиленом при помощи клеевого пистолета.

i have asked mom several time to buy me a backpack but she didnt find the one i want , now i am gonna sew it by my own hands i'll try to complete it , just let me find some beautiful fabric first i mean its quite hard to go out of home during lockdown
