Arm fully extended has nothing to do with it. It's the hand being parallel. Todd usually can mantain his pronation to keep his hand above the pin plane.

Timmy Turner I armwrestled for about a year in Tampa before the kings move became popular. So I was never taught it. However, this guy looked no different than Todd and his hand was definitely above the pin pad. The rules are not clear enough for a casual. This also makes more people just bash the Kings move even though it is hard.
