It boggles my mind that Iden isn't part of the troopers squad/that level of being good (top 20). I really like her animations, actually. Also, she has the little robot of stealth/death/mayhem. She should rule the roost.
Try Shak Ti in your Padme/Cat squad instead of C3p0! Can work just as well

@@Xaereth You making a vid on Catme has me very excited as it’s been one of my most important teams basically since CAT was released. I’m sure you have your own info and done testing but here is what I’ve learned and some strategy (if you or anyone else is interested lol)
Comp: Padme, CAT, GK, Snips, Shak Ti ->> (C3p0 and GMY can also work because you just need a 5th who can call 2 assists, I use Shak cause 3p0 is with CLS)
Mods: Everyone wants as much health and speed as possible (turn order is important).
I have crit damage and health set on CAT (might not be optimal but it gets the job done idk)
Snips damage is very important so she is the only R7 on the team.
Optimal turn order/opening play is the same for JMK and SLKR teams:
1. CAT (mine is 326) swap with Snips
2. Snips uses special to give protection up
3. Shak Ti (as close to CAT as possible) call CAT (or snips) to assist to reduce cooldowns
4. Padme (as close to Shak as possible) call mass assist to reduce CAT cooldown to exactly 0
5. CAT (circles back as quickly as possible) and force leaps either KRU or GK
Notes against JMK:
1. ****If opposing lineup has CAT but no Snips this counter will not work**** >> snips being called to assist on the first turn is what activates your GKs taunt and prevents their CAT from sniping someone important
2. Courage is the main way you get through their team, give Shak Ti’s speed up to Padme to cycle her cooldowns faster
3. Enemy assists keep your team alive, try to have an armor shred on JMK before you take out his last ally so you can get through him in the final showdown. (He has 1v4 me before lol) >> or kill him 4th
Notes against SLKR:
1. **** Always kill Red Trooper last **** >> his assists keep your team alive >> No red trooper = counter doesn’t work
2. ** Kylo and Hux will dispel you A LOT, prioritize padme basic to always keep some protection up on your team (especially if Kylo is around ultimate). I usually give Padme 2nd SHIEN and call her with Shak for the protection up. If Kylo hits a late ult while you have no protection up he will delete your whole team.
3. This is where tight speeds on your team matter, if Hux goes inbetween your Snips and Padme, he will dispel your protection up and you’ll miss insta kill.
4. CAT’s big hits on SLKR are important, get an armor shred on him, and then only use force leap when he does not have advantage so you can hopefully delete him. (This may be where CAT’s crit damage is important)
ABOUT DATACRONS (yay):
TBH without datacrons my win rates against JMK and SLKR are around 75% and 33% respectively… but with the most basic of datacrons adding even 20% health or some offense the counter moves closer to 90%+ against both. I currently have a 15% cron and have not lost a battle. I know that’s not what many people want to hear but basically I only look for a cron for Catme and ignore the rest.
I don’t see many enemy crons, but for the most part they don’t matter. The only one that has ever bugged me was the stacking offense for JMK.

I really wish I’d see a video on the best teams once characters have been taken by GL teams. With GAS being taken for JMK or JML respectively, or a JMK team without GAS if that’s better off for GAC overall. I seem to find videos on either best teams without GL’s, or videos on only GL’s but never ones that talk about both
For gac there’s no point taking gas out of his squad because 501st kills all non gl teams and kenobi can beat all gls without him. He’s almost detrimental to a jml squad especially when countering jmk

The one caveat is whatever comes out of CG reviewing her performance against Jabba currently. I'm sure she'll still be worthwhile afterwards, but it might affect her ranking.

Heh, she's not trash at all. She's the one you can swap out if you need to however.
I don’t think you overrated dash. That comp has 4 non gl counters. Gas, BB, starkiller, and traya. BH sorta can do it. There is a lot of merit to the fact that it’s better than CLS at a comparable cost.

Hah you're right, except for maybe the JKR team. Even that one probably though 😅😅
@Xaereth I've seen JKC teams lose to malgus so I suspect malgus could beat them on offense. I have a lot of bias toward malgus though. He's second best behind reva on my list. I've beat every GL with him except JMK and Jabba.

@mofftucker9658 Fair but I'd contest that malgus is better than GAS in every way in GAC, not just specific counters. There isn't a team in the game that GAS can beat that malgus can't, and there are many teams that can beat GAS that can't beat malgus and almost none that gas will hold against where malgus wouldn't. What else are we even comparing?
Please please tune the music down. Way down. I have to turn you down and use captions. I watch on higher speeds and the music that has tsikk tsikk rythm sounds and other pings or riffs gets painful.
I don’t get the zorii slander lol zorii beats nearly every team above it but wampa is one slot ahead which is madness lol You said at the start this list doesn’t include GLs but hold GL rey as a reason Zoriis team is at 16? Bad batch is at 17 and has the same number of zetas as zorii so I didn’t quite understand that either.
He said the list doesn’t contain gls but it would be stupid to not include how they perform in their rankings and the number zetas don’t matter that much
Bad Batch is good/great at every level. You can get them going with minimal effort.
How much effort does it take you to get Zorii going?
Wampa isn't as good as Zorii but... it's one character you can early game.

@HT3011HT It's all a little arbitrary if I'm being really honest, though not entirely.
I try to look at it as, how central is a team to the stuff we are all trying to accomplish? CLS we have needed time and time again. GS/501st too.
Zorii is crazy strong, I'll grant you. But that strength is about all she has. She isn't needed for anything really. Not yet.
It would be very similar to telling people to work on Tuskens once the raid is gone. You get a decent team that isn't part of anything bigger and isn't easy to fully farm/gear.

I just think if the title of the vid is top 35 squads that we’re talking about what’s the best regardless of if they’re needed for something or not. Zorii has lost some of her defensive magic, but offensively she takes down the majority of everything on this list and can do so without her omi.
To be honest - I dont need that kind of ranking. It doesnt help me to know that f.e. GAS is better than Traya. I nearly have all of the toons so a bigger question is what to counter with. And I love your content. Just no this one
