Polyfest 2022 took place at the same location in Manukau that it always does but thits year Covid-19 restrictions meant that the event took on a different look from its usual cheering crowds.
The schools performed live on stage but parents and supporters had to view the performances via livestream online.
With the Omicron outbreak reaching its peak as schools were rehearsing for the competition, many of the cultural groups had to pull out due to students being close contacts or catching Covid themselves.

Very well choreographed. Alot of work put into this item well done boys. Love watching our young poly kids get into the spirit of Tongan culture. Always nice to have a bit of fun at the end MALIE

Man the choreography has come a long way since I was a youngin in the tongan group back in 2004! lol too solid tokos.
