- The West Branch, Penobscot River - A Whitewater Kayakers Perspective showcases one of our favorite rivers. While we tried to sum up much of what the West Branch, Penobscot has to offer in reality we barely scratched the surface of it's rich history, awesome personalities and traditions. Big thanks to everyone that helped this film come to life. The West Branch is a truly magical place and to grasp it's full awesomeness you have to come paddle it. We'll see you on the water.

beautiful big water river. Stunning flora and geology. Sure wish I could make it up. OC-1 Paddler deep southeastern US. No cut to yakers. OC-1 Half the Paddle, Twice the Challenge and 15X the Bruises. we take it on our knees.

Debsconeag Falls, these are below the normal commercial run where the west branch empties into the debsconeag deadwaters

Always there, scout it well there's some nasty on the left. It's best at high water though for sure

Better said WW is risky blast of life no matter what boat one chooses. WW makes me wet!
Well shot. better then most kayak shows. Naw i don't agree with chicks doing this. its a mans thing. they should just support the guys.
