Currently india is the most populated country of the world .In terms of total population nearly 60 % of the people lives in rural areas and their major source of income is agriculture. In india Punjab , hariyana ,up, maharastra etc are the regions where agriculture takes place on aarge scale . agriculture has a huge parts in India's GDP growth but recently it declined due to some high income allied sectors demand and industrialization . In india agriculture produces every type of crops like maize ,rice ,soyabeen ,pee , vegetables , dry fruits , coffee ,etc .india is the 2nd biggest producer of rice after china in the world .
Challanges -
1- there are many challenges for formers in india because Indian climate is not stable ,it changes rapidly and due to which crop damages .
2- formers in india sometimes didn't get such effective amount from the market in comparison to their cost of farming .
Recently there was a big issue spread in india about the MSP for formers of punjab and haryana .
3- some wild cattles use to destroy to feilds of formers due to which formers face huge lose .
