I'm an incoming grade 10 student and I'm really pressured about what school and what strand should I choose. Hindi ko rin po alam kung makakapasa po ba ako sa mga school na gusto ng parents ko, Idk if I'm intelligent enough for those exams, i failed a scholarship exam once, and I didn't even had the chance to take an entrance exam for a science highschool because of my first ever 79 grade. All in all I'm traumatized with these type of exams, thank you for this video. It somehow calms me😊
logically it's best kung sa stem ka mag-apply. it's the most flexible strand imo, tapos, there's the DOST college scholarship that prioritises STEM students. but dumedepende yan kung anong college course mo or kahit kung anong field gusto mo pasukan

I agree with get back to basics! Nung October 2022 na board examination namin, nagulat ako kasi may mga basic ma included. Unfortunately I focused more on complex stuff. Pero, thank God nakapasa ako. 90.40% pa ang rating. Tiyaga lang talaga sa pagrereview.. All the things na sinabi ni sir dito is tama especially the COVERAGE. knowing the coverage of the LET or exam na itatake mo will save you more time and brain cells.😅
I just got my result, and I passed !! For students who are planning on choosing the STEM strand: English - Reading Comprehension (They'll give you a passage which aims to test your understanding skills) - Grammar - Word analogy - Communicative Styles Math - Fraction to Decimal & Vice versa - Trigonometry (Sin, cos, tan etc) - Angles (Finding missing part of a triangle) - Finding x - Polynomials Science - Gas laws - Laws of motion

if upcoming shs kayo and mag stem kayo, make sure na average nyo is above the cut off :)) may mga schools especially uaap schools like ateneo, la salle, ust, ue, feu, etc. na nag rerequire na mataas fundamental subjects nyo sa card, and may cut off sila sa entrance exam for stem strand, meaning mas mataas dapat entrance exam score nyo compare sa average score for abm and humss. so need nyo ipasa yun :)) good luck and kaya nyo yaaan!!
