My query is: If the stock level falls below the minimum level we can do a conditional formatting in excel and show the present stock as red color or set ut to blink. And in the same way what would be the VBA code to show the same minimum stock level in listbox .

I don't think it's a good report... It stores the same-structured data in different month(pivot) tables whereas there should be one(tabular) table,based on which you could build pivot table and just use slicers by month by employee. But with that of building data, you will have to create another sheet for another year and so on. And It will take time to manually add new employees in every month table.And one day you would need to analyze data across months and years and you will have to append growing quantity of tables...
Very easy job You make it very long Video without proper planning You can improve it more What you put it heading, you didn't cover all in this video, this is one way of cheating to get more viewer. When i saw this heading i assume i will get more information in 40 minutes

Daood bhai, why r u copying and pasting attendance sheet for 12 months. You should do data validation for all months.
