I lived in USA for over 20 years (several parts of USA but mainly Chicago and Orange County, CA). The strange thing or I should say the most beautiful thing I noticed is even after September 11, I found most of Americans very kind and open towards me. In fact they became very protective of me. Yes there are racists there but I found they are in very much minority. I remember huge protests in Los Angeles against war on iraq. Many white Americans were arrested.
I loved her raw honesty and I can see the love she has for Islam. I’m such a baby when it comes to hearing ppl’s journey to Islam. May Allah preserve our sister and lift her soul to the highest levels of Jannah . Insha’Allah I’d love to meet her in Jannah too 🥺 Such a beautiful story, AllahuAkbar!

Thank you Lauren, love your story. Just want to correct quite a major error in your translation of the Shahada (what you say to become a Muslim). The correct translation is "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger" no "last and final messenger" as Lauren said.
May the Most High, the Ancient of Days, the Creator, God of Israel grant Lauren the privilege of seeing the third Temple built in Jerusalem. May Lauren have respect and love for God's chosen people, the Jews.
So the only work remains to jews to just build third only 🤔🙄
