A simple converter dolly out of the 42164 set.
Features include - parking stand, 5th wheel and adjustable track width.
You can choose between ~13 studs, 15 studs and 17 studs.
119 parts from the set are used, no spares.
Instructions include the ways to convert between the track widths.
I've made a truck dolly before from the 42061 set too, you can see it in the video.
I'll not respond to any comments about making the instructions free.
Here's why:
It took me two days of my time to produce the model, shoot pictures, create instructions, write this, make THIS video and deploy all of this online. You can assemble the model from the video alone, it's short on pieces. Just apply some effort.
