I bought a keitt tree because of this video.. that was 6month ago..the tree had one small fruit on, now 6 month later that fruit is big, its hard as a rock, when should i pick it..can i pick it and let it ripe on the counter as you say on the video..
@@backyardfarmerpat i bought the tree last year towards the end of October, and the fruit just started out at that time..yes it's 6months on the tree,but its still just Green..and hard as a rock.. that's why I'm not sure if i should pick it..
@@backyardfarmerpat Since in my country mango trees are not so much popular and spread The nursery sell them for high prices I ordered my keitt I've read then that they don't taste good but you changed my mind And I'm happy
I was shocked when I looked at the mangoes I bought yesterday were two varieties...Kent and Keitt. The Keitts is visibly larger than the Kents I received. Not as big as the one you picked though.

The same fruit on tree 6 months? My friend picks here when they are fit and leaves in warm patio to ripen. Make sure is not totally green

Home grown is best. Sometimes the store bought ones picked too early
