Loved seeing James Donna Marie and Romeo together being supportive and positive for Juliet.Juliet being so young and facing the possibility of dying her emotions are going to be like a rollercoaster depressed one second to reckless the next.Just hope she doesn't give up when dealing with the side effects of chemo.

I'm glad Juliet has Imran since Sid left. It's good for her to have someone she can turn to who doesn't just see her as a cancer patient now. It's nice that she also has Peri, but Peri is in "nurse" mode and Jules really needs to be able to still live a normal life for a 19 year old. She wants to have fun while she can and that's perfectly understandable. Much respect to Imran for filling Sid's shoes as Juliet's partner in crime 👏👏👏

@@ChelseyLinden I absolutely wish Juliet had more scenes with Brooke, especially since they were so close in high school throughout the bullying/coming out storylines. Brooke and Jules lost their bond after the writers completely fcked fans over by making the lesbian Juliet not only sleep with a guy but her best friend's boyfriend 😠 Juliet and Brooke still had scenes together after that and they seemed fine, like when Jules wanted Brooke & Lizzie to connect with Nadira and most recently when Brooke overheard Peri's outburst about the cancer, Juliet immediately texted Brooke apologizing for not telling her. So it seems the writers want us to assume their friendship is still there, but for some reason they rarely interact 😔

I wish they would bring Alfie back to help Juliet. I don't think Alfie knows he has another sister, but it would be nice to see those two in a scene together talking about cancer and how to get through it.
starrbeatlesqueen OA definitely I even wish they’d also show screen time with Brooke and Juliet especially with Prince and Tony considering they too were both diagnosed with cancer. I even wish Ste would know about this as well considering he found the brochure about her having cancer.

I'm hoping her Juliet's storyline will pave the way for more scenes for Romeo and Juliet because she's been through a lot crap. Romeo has been absent for most of it for example when she went to prison for that county lines storyline. I don't remember him having a reaction to sister being put in prison. No anger or sadness at her or the situation just nothing. Again there was reaction from him when the Bluebird storyline happened. Like his sister was put on a corn website without her consent, there was no scenes of him checking if she was alright. Sometimes I forget that Romeo and Juliet are supposed to be siblings who have grown up with each other. I'm hoping this storyline will help strengthen their relationship and Romeo can be a supportive brother to Juliet rather her cancer storyline being plot device for the Jeri ship.

@@qadidja Also let's give Romeo a proper storyline other than having a storyline where he just exist to be an accessory to his female love interest storyline. I can't remember a storyline where he was just a side piece on another female character's storyline. The only one I can't think of is his storyline of being James's secret son. Other than that he hasn't had many good storylines where he is the main focal point.

@@qadidja exactly he is always a love interest in another female character's storyline for example Lily's self harm storyline (he had an affair with her), another one is Cher's storyline and another example would be the storyline where he had an affair with Mercedes. Again he has another storyline coming up where yet again he is the love interest in another female character's storyline, Rayne and Romeo are most likely gonna get together and she's going to have the storyline, he will be the love interest like always.

Oh my I really hope Juliet will really beat this cancer still I don’t want her to die I even loved that part where Juliet snuck in to see her Best Friend Imran. I seriously love #Jeri they’re soulmates they really need to get back together and I even wish they’d show a scene with Brooke and Juliet since they overheard Peri talk about Juliet having cancer. I not only lo St my Daddy to cancer not did my Boyfriend and his Sibling’s with their Pa but my ex counselor Mary lost her Son Patrick from leukemia stage 4 he was still a Kid when he died (I never really asked how old he was when he died though) but still I really feel bad for her and anyone else who’s lost someone to cancer. I don’t even really know if there was ever a storyline like this from Days Of Our Lives though but still this really hurts. 😢

I'm behind. Did Juliet's cancer spread? Because chemo is not ordinarily used for her type of cancer, at least at the beginning. The first option is normally surgery and radiation. If she had non-Hodgkins, then chemo first makes sense.

One more thing I just remembered, there was a character from Days Of Our Lives that died from cancer only it was pancreatic cancer her name was Isabella Toscano Black. I get that this is scary for Juliet but she needs to stop thinking like that without trying the treatment first, she has to grab that opportunity to get better with both hands and focus on getting better cuz thinking about the chances isn't gonna make anything better

That take is so tiring. Storylines take about 6 months or a year to write and Hollyoaks film their scenes 3 months advance before realises them publicly, for example their Christmas scenes might be filmed in August but realised in December. Teenagers and young adults having cancer is common storyline that a lot soaps and tv shows have done. There are literal films based on teenage cancer for example a Fault in Our Stars or a Walk To Remember. I swear some of you guys do not use your basic common sense.
The difference is Lola got a brain tumer and is going 2 die don't think Juliet will die
So they're copying storylines, why make a big deal out of it? It's not like they're gonna sue each other, they dgaf if it annoys you
