1. What did you study in Bachelor's and Master's?
Bachelor's - B.Tech Information Technology
Master's - MS in Management Information Systems
2. What is my title at Randstad?
I joined as Data Analyst, currently working as Associate Data Scientist II
3. What are the ways to come to US?
I will tell you what I know. First option is to come to US to higher studies and get a job. 2nd option is to come to US through an onsite project from your company (TCS, CTS etc). 3rd option is to invest ($1 Million) in US and get a green card.
4. What visa do I hold currently?
I came to US with F1 visa for my Master's and currently on H1B.
5. Do you have Green Card?
No. I don't have Green Card.

You guys are lucky because you have a lot of colleges in every corner of Tamil Nadu, but in Sri Lanka, we have only 2 Engineering Universities that are very very difficult to enter. If you graduate from these 2 Universities in Sri Lanka, you will get scholarship to do your Masters from Oxford or Cambridge or Harvard or MIT or Columbia or Stanford.
Sri Lankan Universities are well recognized in the UK and USA.

You are really lucky man. Currently it's really hard to find an employer who is willing to sponsor H1B because of unemployment rate for the actual Americans and trump's visa things and stuffs. After graduation maybe you can find a job in stem opt and if the manger satisfied with your works he would probably sponsor H1B. Already peoples from india china were more in US and H1B lottery is a nightmare.
I'm planning to go to Canada for masters and getting a PR and citizenship and then gonna look for jobs in USA. Can't wait for my American dreams!!! Saran
