You can make shorter videos and still join the creativity program, you just need to create 60s+ videos to get paid. And you can start creating long videos after joining. I hope this helps!

don’t use VPN that doesn’t work. u will get shadowbanned, if u want USA audience, buy a US Sim card, change phone region to US etc etc (best doing all of this with a spare phone).
