The song prominently features Loch Lomond, the largest Scottish loch, located between the council areas of West Dunbartonshire, Stirling and Argyll and Bute. In Scots, "bonnie" means "attractive", "beloved", or "dear".

Played on my 2020 Affinity Stratocaster fitted with Vintera 50s Vintage pickups switched to the mid position. I have used my Line 6 Pod Go for the effects and recorded directly to Cubase 13 Pro via Presonus Audio Box USB 96 audio interface.
I have made the BT myself as the karaoke's of this song found on YT are not good enough for making a guitar cover lol.
