I have a recording of the Spongebob's House Party special that aired on Nickelodeon in 2002 with the commercial breaks, but those are already uploaded by ThatGuyWithTheVHS. Also, I don't have any CN commercial breaks from early 2008, I've uploaded all the CN commercial breaks I have in my collection.
