what's crazy is that you ran all the tests in rise mode which is 2 ghz on the cpu and 400 mhz on the gpu and it still maxed out most games . if you used diablo mode you would get the fan ramping up to reach blazing fast speed up to 3.3 ghz and the gpu up to 900 mhz

Otherwise, you(they) only hear little complaints from a fella (hardcore) gamer. I would ask about the cooling fan part, but again, there's aftermarket parts for that as well. Price vs. quality wise, it's a worthy opponent of the Asus ROG Phone 8(specifically, Pro Edition).
