I'm so happy to find this video. My sauna works fine but blows the circuit breaker when the timer ends. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks. It's a health mate 2001

Hi, My sauna cuts off the FIR panels at 140f. Problem is 140 is not enough temp for me to sweat without the radiant FIR. In a regular sauna I like 175-180f so I can sweat. So in my FIR sauna I am sitting there with the FIR turned off at 140f while I wait to sweat. Is there a way I can raise the cutoff of the FIR panels say at 160f? or whatever temp I choose? Thanks!

Hi, the fact that your FIR heaters are turning off while you are tying to sweat is a problem for the Infrared style of heat. These are best designed when the unit is able to be set to 149f but never reaches that temp as the heaters are designed to achieve around ~140f and stay on throughout the duration of your session. This way the infrared light is always working to heat your body and create a great sweat. Reach out via email, I might have some ideas that could help your situation. Service@customsaunas.com.au

I have power to only one side. I have checked and the heat panels themselves are fine. I have also switched the connections up on the power supply and the ones that didn’t work still didn’t. Should I rewire or is it power supply

Hi Reece, if its consistently the same side not functioning I would check the plug as the cable goes down the wall, something could have happened inside the connection. failing that I would do a continuity test on the cables from the back of the heater to the power supply. feel free to send pictures, I might have come across the unit before; service@customsaunas.com.au

It could be as simple as the switching powersupply is on the way out. Have you tested the voltage on the secondary side of the powersupply? Feel free to send some photos via email, I'll take a look and advise further

Please, please tell me the exact model of this sauna! I have the 2 person one and I am having such an issue with figuring out which wire goes where. Please and thank you!
