I think the new mythical is pretty nice. The flying animation is so smooth in my opinion, and the wings are interesting (in that they have gradients and use flexible beams rather than pieces for the membranes) The glowing eye effect is pretty nice also. It's no Phoenix fire, but it's nice to have. Overall I think the Phoenix is worth it just a bit more, but the Cockatrice is very cool.
