Same thing happened to me a week ago, I was playing Snipers only on MCC and I got H4. I noticed in the first 2 minutes I'd gotten like 13 kills and my team hadn't gotten even 1. 2 of them left and it was just me and this other guy and I managed to get 45 out of the 50 kills for the win.

Unfortunately in deathmatch scoring game types there is quite the advantage, if you your team has less players than the others. Even 4 v 1, the 1 has a great chance of winning. Each team member has to pull their weight. The team of 4 can only make one kill per respawn as there's only one enemy player. For the 1 player though, they can kill 4 people per respawn. So the time deficit is also on the team of 4 as it takes longer to rack up score. If the 1 man gets a double or a triple kill in one life it means the last 2/3 times that the lone player was killed doesn't result in a positive score for the team. It's also easier for one player to ambush 4 people, rather than looking for people who are (usually) playing together as a team. This is still cool video, but the ones where you think it's really difficult for 1 vs 2 or 1 vs 4, its actually a lot easier than people think. If this was CTF, Oddball or any objective gametype you are going to get fucked by 4 other people if you are just one. It's just the way that scoring works with deathmatch games unfortunately.
I think most controller guys do that, fine aiming is a bit harder on controller than k&m, you just have your thumb compared to the whole arm, though some people really get good at it
