Turkmen New Year's Song

I don't know what it's called, but I thought it was pretty nifty. The text in the picture is simply the Turkmen equivalent to "Happy New Year!". "Täze Ýyl" means "New Year's" and is often repeated in the song. If anybody can transcribe or translate the lyrics, I'd be very thankful. For that matter, name the song or who made it.
