I'm almost pretty sure that the person from the second match fails to understand how Snow Spirit and other CC souls work. You need to do DAMAGE for them to work. that's why people use Sea Sprite against CC Higans. Using Kiyohime's skill AFTER passively attacking with Susanoo makes her basically useless because she won't have damage and the def reduction doesn't really do that much without the freeze. i feel bad for them.
