Nice reaction, Mr B. I couldn't wait until next week when my CD/DVD arrives, so I bought a download of the album to keep me going until then. It's been on repeat ever since (as their albums always are). This brilliant album should allay any remaining fears anyone might still have had about the four-piece's viability. I loved Nemophila v1.0, and I'm still sad Saki is no longer with them, but Nemo v2.0 is every bit as good, just different. We're so lucky to have bands like this. Take care yourself, mate.
I bet Brainwash might be a live video eventually. Kinda like Zen was. Maybe something off their upcoming tour. Get some good crowd footage of them going wild haha. But that is just my guess.
If I knew what my oldest sone "had to process" from the highs school girls basketball team he coaches after Saturday's loss I would send this track a suggested practice warm up piece.
This is a fabulous video. They really have progressed in their music. There is a stronger power, and as always, Mayu san has vocal dexterity. This song becomes an earworm, lol. I will have my cd/blu ray copy next week from cdjapan. I did notice the blu ray gig was performed on my and Tamu chan birthday on 25th September, kind of like a late birthday present, lol. It is always a huge thrill to see new music from the band. I think when SAKI left, fans felt they may stop,however, like true Samurai warriors, they just became a stronger and more creative band. It's definitely not a bad song for me, but there are more songs on this new album that deserve their own music videos, like 《burn it》 and 《brainwash》.
I agree. It's also mixed weirdly and sounds very 'clippy' or fuzzy, but I think it's a stylistic choice.
