I planed, but I think it would be nice to have some real hardware to show the CAM or SYN control, since it would be beautiful to see the actual position and speed synchronization curves in the trend. However, I haven't got any chance to have two servo for a test. But Thanks for your comments.

hello can you make and exaple with gearing . mean 2 axis which fallow each other. for exaple wire winding machine . 1 asencron motor with encoder as master and 1 servo motor as slave and slave follow the master with wire tickness and according to rotation etc plz..
Hello the gearing control or CAM control is in my plan, but just not recent. Regarding the converting winder control, that is the tension PID + winder velocity/diameter math calculation control. That is not gear or cam control. I did the winder control project. But the winder control definitely has 'Know-How' and not easy to explain in TH-cam. We could contact via email, and my knowledge delivery is billable.
