The clocks are not out of sync per se. The three lines are three ways of displaying timecode. The top clock is "non-drop frame" timecode, the second one is "drop frame" timecode and the third line is just displaying the number of the current frame. You can read more about drop frame timecode on wikipedia -- its actually pretty interesting.

Very useful. Would be nice if there were marks around the perimeter of the circle to show 12ths of a second or 1/10 and 1/50th of a second. I like to get measurements when reviewing Bluetooth speakers & headphones. Setting a Post-it on the sound-hit portion of the arc helps nail it down
Funny thing is that I had to disable my optical out connection on my LG TV to my soundbar. I used bluetooth and now everything is perfectly in sync. I must have spent the past two hours trying to adjust the audio sync lag to no avail... Oh well... Bluetooth quality is just as good so far.
my video like stops at 2.04 seconds and freezes for like 2 seconds and the audio still plays. but then the audio is like 2 seconds ahead and its really bothering me. anyone know how to fix it? *I cleared the cache *I uninstalled youtube and reinstalled it But nothings working. it has been doing this since yesterday....
My 3rd generation Kindle Fire does something like that, except mine will slowly start getting off sync. I pause and press play and mine normally re-syncs. Your tablet is mist likely too old, like mine is.
