Tried many times long before,first of all the dob has a very short life because it runs on220v and the light is also quite dim,whereas the circuit installed gives a far brighter light and lasts for a much longer time even over a year,that’s why the new bulb is warranted for a year,for this reason the best solution is to get the dob of the same type and same no:of leds to get a satisfactory result!
