      Namaskar 🙏
Baba Nam Kevalam is a Sanskrit mantra introduced by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, the spiritual teacher and founder of Ananda Marga. The mantra means:
Baba: Beloved, the Supreme, or Infinite Consciousness
      Nam: Name or identity
      Kevalam: Only or exclusively
      Together, it translates to:
"Only the name of the Beloved (Supreme Consciousness)."
This mantra is central to the Ananda Marga spiritual practice, used in meditation and kirtan (devotional chanting). The phrase embodies universal love and focuses on the unity of all creation, transcending barriers of religion, culture, or belief systems. It emphasizes the idea that everything in the universe is an expression of the same Supreme Consciousness.
Chanting or meditating on "Baba Nam Kevalam" is believed to help individuals connect with their higher self, experience inner peace, and align with divine love and harmony.
      Namaskar 🙏
