I always feel so ridiculous not wanting to go in a store when there's no one else inside. And I've never heard of anyone who would purposefully time that they would arrive at an event late, just to make sure all your friends are there before you!! I do that too, and I always feel ridiculous doing it. I really felt so seen watching this 🥹

I love fun traveling stories ! I visited one of my best friends in Corsica France a year ish ago and it was so not touristy, everyone was either French or European and on vacation and we met the most fun people to just hang out with in the towns at night and the beach!

The Anxiety you feel when entering establishments with strangers is a feature of social anxiety, I have it and experience the same thing! What has really helped me is trying to acknowledge the way i’m feeling but reframe the thoughts and respond to what if’s like this, even if it is awkward, i will be okay and shopping in a store is normal! I just repeat that to myself and try to expose myself to those experiences, eventually you will retrain your thought patterns❤ i hope that helps!! My question of the day is; What has your tattoo experience been like? How many do you have? What are they? Are you planning on getting more? What tattoo trends are you a fan of?
