Watching this , I want to cry . I’m old and a bit disabled now but remember Zermatt so fondly , the friends , the enjoyment indeed of all the seasons , so close to my heart . I could not visit enough . A huge thank you to Rick for this video , to be able to see a bit of Zermatt again albeit now , only on a screen .
I spent a memorable day here during my solo trip, and it was pure bliss to watch the ranges of the Alps and glaciers in a meditative state. 😇

Living in high humidity South Florida where the air typically does not move......Just seeing this makes you feel like you can breathe fresh, crisp air
except theres no air up there... sea level people typically get light headed and short of breath up there

I went in April 2017 and it was a gorgeous day. No snow in town, but people were still skiing right below the final stop.

I was here a couple summers ago and the Matterhorn was obscured by clouds and it was raining the whole time.

Too short of a story! I love that place and was there about 4 years ago but wish I had known more about it before going. It was an unplanned side trip. We did, however, find the trail to the cross overlooking the city and it was amazing!
