You can use Ziggeo Video Player to embed videos to your form at JotForm. The Video Recorder on the other hand allows your users to record video straight from your form. Here's more information about this integration www.jotform.com/blog/introducing-ziggeo-widgets/. As far as I've tested, WhatsApp video isn't design for sharing purposes so it can't be embedded or shared.
