I have 2008 Polaris sportsman 400 ho. When the battery is cold due to sitting it sometimes has trouble starting. Despite the loose fenders and footwells as well as the rattling racks it’s a good running 4 wheeler.
My 4wheeler wasn't been used for 1 week and it's been outside cold on 29°F and smoke came out as soon as I turned it on its a cold start it does that when it's cold

These old Honda’s love the cold tried mine in 20 degrees and started right up
