In my au Ai is a manaless Anodite because of that the appearance is sorta a fusion between her human and alien form due to having no mana but will look young even in old age but not immortal. After she was stabbed Ben took her to the Anti void to heal her without her children noticing but she was put in a comatose state due to the knife hitting an organ. Ben will then watch over his niece and nephew while living his life as a male idol/model. Btw this is just a fan AU and a multiverse crossover.

Once Ciel finds who Ai is rimuru decides to visit Ai.
