That was indeed really clever. What I can't understand is why the are this ingenious to come up with these kind of solutions while using a bent "honing" tool and giving it zero fucks about
@@Flashzinh0 I don't think it's bent. The cutting tip is bigger than the shaft so when the tip was through the hole and the shaft was loaded up with the cross-wise cutting bit, it naturally wobbled since the hole is bigger than the shaft so it gives the impression that it's bent. I could be wrong.
A Chaff cutter is a mechanical device for cutting straw or hay into small pieces before being mixed together with other forage and fed to horses and cattle.

Похоже на соломорезку, только там должно быть ещё колесо с ножом. У меня есть такая производства Польши ещё довоенная, так она даже двухскоростная путем перестановки червяка. А ребята молодцы, нет фрезерного, так они на токарном и сверлильном...
