    I still have a stock Summit; But I'm really appreciate that you show us the Summit's potential, and at the same time, it's limitation as well. Great video! Thank you.

      Your welcome! Keeping it stock is probably the way to go if you don’t wanna be wrenching on it constantly

    Always a great day when Nolan comes out with a video. R.I.P that diff though.

      Thanks for the support! It was fortunately just the output gear that needs replaced

      @@RCKnockout oh yeah Ik that part I took out my diff not to long ago and I replaced it with a locked diff so it shouldn’t be that hard to replace that one part 👍

      @@mr.mcnuggs_2158 no it just takes a while to get into the diffs….that’s the bad thing about the design of the Summit

    Cool video, I have been thinking about buying a couple of rock crawlers specifically Axial's new SCX6 Trail Honcho and maybe a SCX10 Base Camp. I'm not really interested in a summit since they're a really old platform but i have looked into a TRX4 or 6 as well.

      The Summit is super unique…but I suppose it’s not for everyone

    Nice bash! With the weather getting nice, are you planning on doing some drag slash videos again?

    • @RCKnockout
      @RCKnockout  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! Yeah I’ll have some more drag slash videos coming!

    Just so you know you installed them backwards the beefier part of the driveshaft goes towards the diff not the axle carriers

      @RCKnockout  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the info! It will function the same though….I’d rather have the beefier end towards the wheel too

    Sounds like rear diff

      Yeah it might be rear diff

    I’ve had an issue with the rear differential exploding in my brushless summit. New spider gears and aluminum diff carrier, then blew the diff pinion gear. Have the $40 spiral one coming in the mail. Anything else you’d recommend to beef up?

    • @RCKnockout
      @RCKnockout  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah the hot racing diff gears are much better…also adding the GPM spider gears isn’t a bad idea either
