Wallin is a nice guy but he was very disappointing in the Anthony Joshua fight. He didn't try to. win otto wallin is a good fighter maybe he thought he wasn't going to get a big fight and hasn't been training properly for a long time, He didn't look in Shape, A otto wallin in Shape and focused would have caused a bigger problem for Anthony Joshua im not saying he would have won i think Anthony Joshua would have stopped him in 8 or 9 rounds but the fight wouldn't have been as one sided as it was. He had a very good performance against tyson fury but that was 5 years ago. Otto wallin has the boxing iQ to give any heavyweight a hard fight. I think after the tyson fury performance he thought he would have been giving the opportunity to bigger fights and he should have. Also Wight pulled out of a fight against him that also was the reason he thought he wasn't going to get another big opportunity.
Think you need to look closer into this. This was one of the lightest weights Wallin came in since just before fury in 2019. Physically he looked pretty good. Was he? We'll never truly know. I can tell you the body shots AJ started with hurt and sapped his confidence. The jab and right hand to the body is not something he was expecting. Certainly nothing Fury did in their fight. It hurt and brought Wallins guard down. He was beaten already before the bell to the third round started. Only reason he lasted to the fifth was because AJ stopped going to the body as much and he is tough as hell. The way he beat Dominic Breazeale may have diminished his chances against really good opponents after his performance against Fury
@@musclebrown3554 I think the better question is how does he win. The guy he is fighting has never gone more than 5 rounds. The only decent opponents he faced he lost to and the only half decent one he beat was back in 2017. Wallin wins, maybe late round stoppage
@@chriswelcome8102 He never landed a punch against Anthony Joshua. In the fury fight he landed 1 really good punch that cut fury. He didn't try to win against aj he was already beaten before he went into the ring. He was fighting for a payday. I mean he was in the ring for a payday nothing more.
