I really enjoyed grain and grill, the Brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing. The Korean meatballs were really good too, but I was absolutely blown away by the Brussels sprouts.
Grain and Grill is a go to for the wife and I. Definitely has some atypical great food to eat. Also love brew house as my son likes the pork sliders and chicken tenders and the Mac and cheese side there is just a $2 up charge of high my daughter likes.
Trent, how can you have the Chee w/o the Tom tho? When the Tomato Soup soaks into the bread when you dip it is pure bliss. Them grilled veggies after, now THAT looks like not only bliss, but heavenly bliss. Now, I feel that you are a little wary of King's Island's most iconic food, the Blue Ice Cream. Will 2023 be the season where you taste King's Island's Most Iconic Item, a sweet treat that they make t-shirts of, an item that their candy shop makes fudge of, and their bakery makes cookies of, and a local brewery makes Beers of? Trent, PLEASE try this Blue Ice Cream once in 2023 or have a human guinea pig try it. Hire me, I wanna show the world the best dessert on Earth. The World is waiting for your reaction. You will be pleased by the experiment and dare I say, gain 3 pounds each year for wanting more, it's that good man.
I just tried Grain & Grill today too and I think the chicken is not the way to go. visually looked flavorful but ultimately only had anything noticeable when the taziki sauce was there. which there barely was any. Overall a rather dry meal without a sauce on the side.(when I went) The naan and the potatoes were good though. Cannot fathom spending 19$ on the food had I not done dining plan
YEAH. I have the dining plan, but food is DEFINITELY getting expensive. (been expensive before, but this is worse) I really liked the chicken, but I would say that the meal wasn't the most flavorful I've ever had. It's a bit more sedate on flavor. Still good, but not my favorite and not particularly cravable.
Hasn't Tom and Chee been there for a while now? I seem to remember Tom and Chee in 2020. We really enjoyed the sandwiches and my wife loved the tomato soup.
I would love to see invertigo demolished and a gatekeeper or fury 325 style attraction start in that area and go over the entrance for a more “cedar fair branded” entrance. Although you still probably need to keep the original entrance for that “international street” entrance.

We honesty didn't like Grain and Grill all that much. It's not that it was bad, but there are better options in the park for your money.
