@@Some_guy_passing_by Not even, it's a forehead cut, you can literally see it above his eyebrow as well as the blood is leaking from the forehead into his eye.
Bang! Bang! This series is marvelous, and the magic is so overwhelming. Best upload as always, and I loved it as always.Thank you for uploading, I really loved it.🥰😇😊😊😍💖💓💓🔥🔥❤😊👍👍👍😁😁😇😊🤩🥰🥰
Linie would be absolutely terrifying if she wasn't so arrogant and did some proper training. Can you imagine having to fight an enemy that constantly shifts their weapons every few seconds? One moment you're defending against ranged attacks, the next a close-in dagger or shortsword, the next a long-range spear. If she was good, she could even change it mid-attack. It would be impossible to predict her attacks or build a strategy to defend against them. And if she trained, her strength could have made those weapons far deadlier.
Remember in FMA when Ed was wailing on Envy, and Envy took on Mustang's face to make him pause, but it just made Ed punch harder? I feel like Linie saying she's imitating a mighty warrior who was afraid of Stark so much he punched him out of sheer reflex is the equivalent here.
I think 1:12 this is where start realized she can only copy fighting style not the power when he noticed he can still open his eyes (idk guessing ) or when he fell down
Well, it is entirely possible she was rushing to aid Lugner as Lugner called out for her and given how little damage that did, trying to kill him immediately may have taken too long. Maybe as little as a minute but as Lugner was also in a battle that's too long.
I love this fight, it's a textbook example of Flamme's demon fighting strategy and how well Frieren trained Fern, turning her into a demon Terminator. Lügner is ostensibly one of the smarter demons, he's cold and calculating. Not giving in to rage, analyzing the fight as he goes and the whole time he's using the demon combat playbook to a tee. He is so convinced of his superiority he doesn't even consider he's being tricked by mana suppression. And that is exactly the point. Lügner never stood a chance. If Fern had fought Draht for instance, she might not have survived. Lügner being a stronger demon, actually lost him this battle before it ever began and it shows how perfect the strategy is in defeating them. Frieren understood Ferns potential, as a human who grew up with an innate understanding of Zoltraak and advanced defensive spells. She has the potential to be the next Flamme. Essentially, if Frieren is a T800, Fern is the T1000.
Well , Fern isn't showing any emotions because demons are adept at using human emotions against humans . Frieren does the same thing. Himmel made the mistake of showing his feelings to a demon once , but only once and that cost a life .
@@IamAWESOME3980 nooooo ... ?? Frieren and Fern are numbed and have trouble expressing because all of their people are dead ...and yet they show emotions quite often . Axe boy is Stark and he is a little too emotional. The hero was , Eisen , Heiter etc are very much emotionally stable . Nobody is a robot here .
I can never look past the fact their casually having a conversation that either stops them fighting or makes it seem like everything went on pause so that they can finish what they were gonna say. Another thing that’s weird is their wasting oxygen plus giving away all their strengths and sometimes weaknesses by doing this. Still love this scene. I understand this is a type of story building style but it just takes me back sometimes.
There is a little bit, not really much of stark until maybe what would be around season 4 in the show if the anime proceeds the same rate it is for the manga (the most current chapters)
Her victory can be achieved only from others belief that they can't win this fight i guess. But animation of Linie is so damn good that i can't stop feel for her.
Lots of skill, but little strength behind all that skill. She can copy someone's skill, but not the strength behind it. Stark was trained by an insanely strong dwarf, and the dwarf even said he was afraid of the boy's potential. Basically, it was the classic case of unstoppable force against immovable object, the problem is that the unstoppable force had no strength behind it to finish off the immovable object, and the immovable object only needed one blow to end the fight.
This is an implication of the arrogance demons inherently posses Watch the whole fucking show before u actually start yapping like u know whats up Fucking casual
Fr like there ain't no way he won this, cuase it's like just because she doesn't have force behind her attacks?? She was literally dodging his attacks before, he won because of the plot
Her attacks wouldn't do jack shit. Later on she literally attacks his left waist area (which is suppose to be a softer area of the body) when he was wide open yet it couldn't even slice him in half with stark even saying her attacks are effinn weak and he was scared of nothing
@@Tenozi 🤦 oh my god did y'all dumbasses even watched the full fight? Starks main problem is he heavily overestimates his opponents while also underestimating himself. The demon even confirms it by saying how stark is always on the defensive here. But after taking one of her attacks here he finds out her attack are effin weak compared to her master resulting in him not caring about defensive and going all out, oneshotting her.

Lügner: "I'll wait for her to exhaust her mana"
Fern: "LOL, no."
And Stark basically told Linie "light work no reaction."
Fern: "So anyway I started blastin"
Then I started flying after them but I don’t fly so good

She memorized his master's movements in a probably epic battle. I wish we could see the original four's story. Those glimpses are cool to see.
Read the manga buddy
@@rakshit5915 Been way ahead of you lol.
Stark took a battleaxe straight to the eyeball without real injury and still didn't realize how strong he was
All Linie's hits made only minor injurys for Stark.
In fact her weapons even ain't real. Her victory can be achieved only from others belief that they can't win this fight i guess.
It wasn't in his eyeball , it's a torn eyebrow+ eyelid . And eyelids bleed profusely.
to be fair, stark did say that linie's hits felt very light and unimpactful. So that might be why he didn't suffer too much with his eye.

like the hero from FF14?

That's....oddly specific
summoning weapons and fighting with them is pretty gosh darn awesome
I don't know why but i LOVE Linie's animation... Only Ubel's fights and final dual Frieren clash is more spectacular than it to me...
See kids, this is what happens when you only level dex.
Don't worry, his strength and con are way overleveled, he just can't understand how much of a beast he is. he's fine.
Stark is a strength/faith build
Thank you so much for this! I hope it doesn’t get taken down
She made her biggest mistake by not killing him when she could. Clearly, she doesn't have enough logical experience.
Well, it is entirely possible she was rushing to aid Lugner as Lugner called out for her and given how little damage that did, trying to kill him immediately may have taken too long. Maybe as little as a minute but as Lugner was also in a battle that's too long.

Is the Voice Actor for Stark the same guy who plays Denji in Chainsaw Man? Something about the way he turns certain phrases is very familiar.
Nop, it's the same of Mash from Mashle and Gabimaru from Jigokuraku. At first I thought it was the same VA of Shigaraki.
