I think it is the energy he throws out there, he puts all his soul in his art and you can fucking sense that through this medium we call internet which is just energy flowing through wires.
You rock, my dude. Never change. I want to see Marc jamming in his 50s as he does now! Who's with me?
Who's how's?
@@Dismem wow! I don't know how I wrote it like that. I must've been stoned. Thank you.

SUPER FACT!! 🔥🔥🔥
Stop crying biotch
This man is showman! How transfer hard beats to mellow and gets the crowd involved that’s not taught. I literally listen to this every time I need get hyped at work makes my day go a lot smoother
Man went from working in an office, to chasing his dream, and look at him now. Major inspiration story!
And he made money buying iPhone
He worked at a restaurant lol
By the way, his LinkedIn description is priceless.
It's better to fail at achieving your dreams. Failing at a shitty life that you settled for because you were too chicken shit to really try is even more depressing! Even if reincarnation is real we only get to do this once, as us in this particular life.
We all used to sing and dance, unafraid of who saw us or what they thought.... live more like the person you were at age 3 not giving a f who saw you or what their judgements were...
@@valleygirltotallyforsure thank you, your words of wisdom mean much to mee
As a 48 year old that used to party hard in the early 90s, when it was all about the music, this is bloody refreshing!
wish we had him at the Trade mills...
100%! Fucking finally!
Absolutely!
As a 42 year old I'm loving this, for sure, but there still is so much actual, creative musicians out there even today. There's just a lot of it, a lot of shit too, so you may have to look a little bit harder to find any.
Isn it! This actually made me cry with euphoria. It's the best set I've heard in my entire life and career. Perfection.
now imagine working as a light engineer/designer on one of the shows of Marc Rebillet... considering he is fucking chaotic and unpredictable
only the strongest ones can withstand his power
true, this is the best part, it's cool make show lighs
I was his light engineer on his gig in Barcelona, and it was awesome! You gotta keep an eye on him/his hands all the time to see when he's gonna do a drop/slow it down/change things completely. Awesome experiencie - and he's a great person as well!
@@paulofazio952 wow! so you're very cool! only the strongest ones, as I said 💪
Just been to his concert in Zürich. The light engineer seemed more tired than Marc after 2 hours
On est en France, Bro 🤗
This is exactly what Jim Morrison predicted back in the late 60s, about one man doing all the sounds. I love this guy ❤❤❤❤❤
Marc Rebillet is what happens when god decided to roll the literal D&D dice just once and rolled a perfect 20 on charisma
Marc has big bard energy
@@allareparticles - kimono, boxers, the long hair, sick festival setup, absolutely shredded.... Definitely a bard.
D20 rules! xD :D
Uhh...the dude went pretty hard on vacks requirements at his shows. Lots of people faked cards for it which is pretty lame in my opinion also, why support someone who is coming at you with needles and now we know the whole thing was a scam day one.
@@PandasUNITE what the actual fuck are you talking about?

Nothing will ever be the same again.
I'd say he's even better live, but he's always live! So I have no words!!
The words are "He's always better".
I went to one of his concert in Auckland in Jan 2023.
One of the craziest experience of my life.
You should all attend to his concert whenever you can people, its 2000% worth it.
Brings me to tears how far you've come my dude. Fucking hell you can be proud.
A few years ago you were able to see Mark for free, just by going to eat some wings... incredible where he has come, he deserves it.
You still can *He Outside*
This is literally one of the DOPEST live performances I've ever seen. I'm so happy I got to discover this genius in my lifetime.
Me too

The fact that he started playing his famous "Girls Club" song at 0:56:00 made me jump out of my chair in excitement!! 😁 Considering all of his stuff is improvised, I also find it really impressive he just remembers it.
as soon as he put on the bra, I knew exactly where this is going.
Girls Club is an all time classic
Wake up song right after that 😮
He basically plays that at every show along with the wake up song
But I think that's all right. Other musicians have their setlist as well and play the crowds favorites.
U are new standard in music idustry. Like... no fancy labels, red carpet sheet and mu$$$ick videos. Just YT channel, honest fans and a lot of talent. Keep it up!
His level of production quality and variety has definitely tripled compared to half a year ago! Such an impressive musician and human being
I appreciate you saying that, thank you!
+1 … remember COVID, holed up digging into one of Marc’s Sunday sermons. Quantum leap
?? lache la bouteille !!
Dude just kills. The evolution of Marc.
His apartment was his honing stone for his talent. The arena is his nest now. Fly, fly free, weird Gary Oldman looking guy.
"Believe in yourself, Bitch". Thanks Marc. I needed that, and I needed it at the exact moment I heard it.
Seeing Marc's crazy musical mind and social media concept come up in the world has been some of the best time i've spent on the internet. This is what music is all about, having fun making your own noise!
I've long believed that EDM, when progressive and adventurous enough, is like a modern evolution of jazz, with all of its complexities, layering and syncopation. Thank you for solidifying that opinion for me, Loop Daddy.
This isn't EDM, it's mostly house.
@@Beenhard86 house is a sub genre of electronic dance music 😊
@@rarecrom EDM is a pretty massive catch-all term, in fairness. The difference between, say, hardcore and this is a huge chasm!
100%!!!
You can play any genre with "electronic instruments", even contemporary classical music has incorporated it. But yeah, there is still very much a negative stigma to electronic music.
Imperfectly perfect. Your fucking energy is unparalleled sir. A simple ¼ beat for hours sends shivers down my spine.
We need more improv artists like Marc and Beardyman... It just breathes so much new life in a "live show."
I would travel anywhere to see Marc and Beardyman on a show together.
seeing where Marc started and where he's ended up now is so surreal, dude has definitely earned all the success because of his hard work and ambition and it's inspiring as fuck.
The lighting guy had THE HARDEST JOB and nailed it.
the unsung hero
This is epic MARC deserves a big venue like this
he fits perfect to fill the whole festival season in the next years. like even the really big rock/metal festivals. can totally see him at rock am ring as the late night headliner or glastonbury or whatever. just energy and love
I don't like dance, I'm a metalhead through and through, but this man, this man is the exception. You're an absolute legend Marc holy shit.
Yeah me too lol. Well not pure metal but post hardcore/metalcore.
Oh, I though "Metalhead" as in, the Drum N' Bass artist Metalhead😅😂
Isn't the world wide web _wild?_
Good vibes don't have a genre.
Imagine how fucking LOUD it must be in that setting, nothing compares to the live experience where your body is vibrating to the funk produced by this man. Absolute power move indeed🤌
He is incredible, I don't think I've ever seen a performer quite like him in my life. Doing his own thing and could not give a flying fuck. Legend

How many genres are you playing dude?
Marc: ✨YES.✨

Marc just deconstructed a 90‘s house rave
even after 100s of sets, I'm still gobsmacked at the tunes. this has got to be my favourite set of his ever... until the next one!
Marc was always that guy that I would watch and say "Why isn't this guy DJing for huge crowds and festivals?"
and man am I happy to see him finally doing it
He's been doing that for a while mate
Even more awesome to see him live if you haven't caught him yet!
DJing??? no no no no... :D

My sister and I have tickets for Montreal in January! From bachelor pad to a festival of fans, Marc never disappoints!!!!❤
To fill and own a stage that size as one man. What a champ. Love you, LoopDaddy.
The level of improvisation to actually keep it entertaining for the crowd, and not losing it is really high.
I usually have the attention span of a toddler, but something about this set glued me to my screen whilst simultaneously curing my hangover. Thanks Marc
Curing my hangover as we speak lol
He‘s like a wizard playing music in his robe
Thank you for letting People like me who can't afford or make it to these Places otherwise enjoy it just as much as like we were there ! I'm dancing through my whole apartment ! Dog's are looking at me kinda shifty not going to lie.

But yeah. I get your point. I'm really happy to see this concert in this quality.

I feel you buddy, we are dancing together :)
It has to be tough being Marc’s lighting guy you just never know what he’s going to be doing up there.
I was thinking the same thing. The guys probably doubting himself after its all over.
No way man it's great. Not stuck to the same set list having to hit the same ques over and over, free to improv and vibe with the music... way more fun.
I was thinking of how I'd go through one of his shows, playing it out in my head to try and figure it out. He would be TONS of fun to do. instead of everything being pre-planned, you'd have to basically yolo it on little macros, which sounds like fun to me.
Well they probably say fuck it and put all the lights on sound mode

The crowdwork skills on this man are amazing, most people would dismiss the people screaming things in the front as drunks or something. But marc, no, he GRABS A MIC GETS OFF THE STAGE, AND GOES TO TALK TO THEM. Legend
that track and moment he jumps into the crowd... so legendary. Also the fact he sort of strips his mind and also his clothes haha
Merci beaucoup Marc ! Toute la France est derrière toi !
His playing has gotten air tight! You can tell he's been absolutely living and breathing music these last few years and it's awe inspiring to see him let loose. Keep it up you wacky beast. 🙌🙌🙌
I dunno. I agree he is an amazing, multi-talented musician, but I did hear him hit a couple of sour notes on a couple of songs.
It happens, what separates the pros is the ability to shrug it off like nothing happened and just keep going.
@@davidwagner85 Eh, I appreciate his willingness to attempt to improv and hit a couple notes wrong rather than play it safe. I'd agree that his playing isn't necessarily "air tight" at all points, and that his creativity and taste is the main appeal. But I don't think hitting a few notes wrong detracts from his performance, if anything it sort of contributes to the creative live performance brand that he's built. But I think I agree with you!
@@davidwagner85 there are no such thing as wrong notes in improv jazz daddy style, ok sir?

The whole set is unsurprisingly incredible but I keep coming back for that groove that starts around 38:57. Marc, put it on that album you’re working on and let me throw my money at you.
Pretty sure it sounds good is because it is polyrhythmic - the kickdrum and high-hat/snare are on a different time signature, but when the down beat is at the top of the measure, it is in unison.
