Ik heb een Yamaha Aerox 2015 4t met turbo kit uitlaat en malossi vario gaat 70 daarna komt er een haperend geluid uit en gaat die niet harder enige mogelijk heid dat er nog ergens een begrenzing zit?
@@AronvanderWurff dat heeft geen effect als die de 70 raakt slaat die compleet vast zoals een begrenzing met lichtere of zwaardere rolletjes blijft het hetzelfde
Schiet hij automatisch vlammen of moet je een paar aanpassingen doen qua toelaat van benzine mengsel? En is het roestvrij staal? Of komt er gewoon roest op wanneer je in de regen rijdt?
Enigste wat je moet doen is de db killer eruit halen. Daarna geef je volgas tot ie hoog in de toeren zit en zet je het contact uit terwijl je volgas blijft houden. Dan zet je na 1 seconde het contact weer een en dan krijg je de vlammen. De voorbocht van de uitlaat is van rvs dus dat is geen probleem in de regen. Hij krijgt na een tijdje een beetje een goud blauwe gloed door de hitte

Borg clip eraf en dan inderdaad gewoon trekken. Eerste keer ben je wel even bezig. Ding zit ontzettend vast. Je kan het beste een waterpomp tang erop zetten, daarmee trekken en wat tikken geven met een hamer op de tang
Hi Aron, what did you do with the tube that was connected to the original exhaust? Its a EGR system! I just plugged mine, but now the moped is not running well.
I just disconnected mine. What do you mean with not running well? Does it no longer runs stationary? Maybe try to ride a few km's and see if the problem fix itself
@@AronvanderWurff Thank you for your reply. The EGR system reduces emissions (pollution) by relaying a part of the exhaust back to the carburator to be burned a second time. It also acts as a vacuum to the fuel system. If you haven't plugged the hose, you risk sucking dirty air into the carburator. Some remove the whole system with is under the seat. I'm still not sure what to do, but I'm pretty sure leaving it open, unplugged, could contaminated your carburator over time.

Hi, the only power upgrade I did to this bike, was changing the variator. I bought a J. Costa variator. With that variator it goes around 75km/h. However, when you are riding uphill, the bike just haven't got enough power to maintain that speed. If you want more pulling power, I would suggest buying a 70cc kit. It is pretty expensive tho
@@AronvanderWurff at the moment it goes up a hill at between 26/29 kmh. I am not that interested in speed as he can't drive at more than 50 in town. But just so that he can maybe reach 35kmh going up hill. We told yamaha and they put a variatior. True that the bike is a little quicker from stand still but I see that it has lost a bit of uphill power. The speed still stays the same at 50kmh. So not like yours that reached 75. It just locked down at 50. Do you have the new 4 stroke Euro 4? would really appreciate comments from others on this matter, as it seems that this is a huge issue.

hey i have a problem, i have the same 2018 aerox, i have malossi 70cc with malossi forcemaster and malosi variator. when i go 78km/h the scooter just brakes to around 73km/h and than lets me acellarate again do you know why?
yea i can i curently have it on +6 cuz it gets the best acceleration, but when i change to any map it just slows down aceleration to around 40kmh but than goes the same as the +6 map
i asked they dont seem to know, do you think its something with the cdi unit, cuz sometimes it cuts the fuel and slows me down to 50, and i need to let of the throtle and pull it and goes normal

Dan zet je het contact uit (wel volgas houden) en wacht je 1 tot 2 sec en dan zet je het contact weer aan. Dan hou je gewoon nog steeds volgas en dan komen de echt grote klappen en vlammen

This is the euro 3 model! It has a ECU but it was only restricted with a vario. So just swap the vario for a different one and you’re good to go! For the euro 4 model you will need a new ecu if I’m right..
Heb ik gewoon eraf gelaten. Dat slangetje zorgt alleen maar voor een lagere uitstoot tijdens de meting omdat ie dan lucht bij de uitlaatgassen erbij doet. Je prestaties ofzo gaan er niet door achteruit. Gaat er ook niet slechter door lopen.
Schroefje losmaken, borgring weghalen en dan kan je de db killer eruit trekken. De eerste keer zal het wel lastig gaan. Gewoon een hoop heen en weer wiebelen

Nice setup! What you want to do is the following: Give full gas until you hit the rev limiter, then turn your engine off but keep the throttle 100% on the gas. Then wait 1-2 seconds and turn your key again. If it doesn't make the flames immediately, let go of the gas and give some gas again

Give gass until you hit the revlimiter, then turn off the bike for 2 secs while still giving full gass. Then turn on the scooter again and there you go :) For the LED, I just ordered a LED on Ebay

This was a euro 3 model so it didn't had the new lambda emulator. They sell a turbokit with a special mount for the euro 4 version

This is the euro 3 model! It has a ECU but it was only restricted with a vario. So just swap the vario for a different one and you’re good to go! For the euro 4 model you will need a new ecu if I’m right..

hoe heb je het met de slang gedaan die aan de standaard uitlaat bevestigd zat?
Heb ik gewoon eraf gelaten. Dat slangetje zorgt alleen maar voor een lagere uitstoot tijdens de meting omdat ie dan lucht bij de uitlaatgassen erbij doet. Je prestaties ofzo gaan er niet door achteruit. Gaat er ook niet slechter door lopen.
Maar zit daar een bevestiging aan of niet?

Schroefje losmaken, borgring weghalen en dan kan je de db killer eruit trekken. De eerste keer zal het wel lastig gaan. Gewoon een hoop heen en weer wiebelen

I think it is. It is CE approved so it shouldn’t be a problem

Read that it started with 2019 and models before just got the rings inside the engine bay thing sorry my english is bad

@@TH-camkieker Als het goed is wel! Het is dacht ik inderdaad hetzelfde blok. Het eerste model (2013?) tot 2017/18 is in ieder geval hetzelfde. Vanaf 2018 werd het blok Euro 4 maar die heeft minimale verschillen. Heb een Euro 4 Aerox ook vlammen zien schieten

@@AronvanderWurff what? you get tickets for that? lol, in Finland we dont need to pay that type of stuff but does it go 83km/h on flat mark or downhill because mine goes 81 down hill and 70- 71 km/h flat mark
@@aflorenvfx8701 Yupp.. Ur not allowed to have an exhaust that produces like 5db more sound than the original exhaust. I got my topspeed on a flat road a couple of times but the weather conditions were perfect. Most of the time it goes like 75km/h
Hello, I have a Yamaha aerox 2020 4 stroke my setup mallosi multivar, mallosi force master 0, mallosi lambda emulator, and turbo kit exhaust. How I can make flames?
Nice setup! What you want to do is the following: Give full gas until you hit the rev limiter, then turn your engine off but keep the throttle 100% on the gas. Then wait 1-2 seconds and turn your key again. If it doesn't make the flames immediately, let go of the gas and give some gas again

Hello, how did you make the flames? And How did you make the LED light ?
Give gass until you hit the revlimiter, then turn off the bike for 2 secs while still giving full gass. Then turn on the scooter again and there you go :) For the LED, I just ordered a LED on Ebay
