Siphon back, ranked having the same loot pool as comp, weapon attachments might be removed next chapter, the only thing they need now is re adding late game arena

@@osvaldgv5790ok I was skeptical with adding Ranked to Reload before, but if the sweats can stay in there and leave Pubs to the casuals then yeah I'd say this is a good addition
