This would be a bit more helpful if you:
    1. started from a condition of it being out of alignment
    2. showed us WHICH of the 3 screws on each mirror provides what kind of alignment
Kinda hard to show us how to fix ours if yours isn't also broken to begin with...

Great info Randy! Can you please make one for the Legend36EXT?

Thank you fro the feed back, but I don't have an EXT demonstration unit. However, I can tell you that the alignment concepts for the EXT would be the same; only thing different is that the EXT has built in beam alignment. On the keypad you go to Maintenance | then Align Laser, then as you push the Up Key it fires the laser and allows you to move the carriage by hand in each corner. Actually the video for the Helix beam alignment would be almost eactly the same.

Make the adjustments to the correct mirror screws to bring into the target area.

    * Be sure to use safety glasses *
Written Guide HERE ** click READ MORE TO SEE THE written steps.
1.) (Test Fire) the real laser to the bull-eye target to verify the red dot pointer and the real laser beam are aligned together.
How: -> With the plastic bulls-eye target in the lens assembly, covered with masking tape, and the machine in alignment mode, move the lens assembly to the center middle of the table.
    -
Turn on the red dot pointer, but pushing the Pointer button on the display.
Then test fire the laser with by putting the display in JOG mode, then push the white laser button, then use the joy stick; tap the joy stick in any direction and it will fire the laser beam (doors must be closed) onto the tape that is on the bull-eye.
    * If they are NOT use the Allen wrench in the back right corner of the machine to adjust the RED DOT POINTER ALIGNMENT screws -> till the red dot pointer is sitting on top of the burnt spot of the real laser ON THE TAPE, on the BULLS-EYE.
After you have verified the red dot and the real laser are together now you are ready to test the alignment in each corner.
    -----------------------------------------
2.). While in Alignment mode, move the lens assembly to the upper left corner of the table.
Then, move the carriage by hand, to the back of the machine and to the front of the machine, keeping the lens on the left side of the carriage.
Be sure the red dot is staying centered or parallel with the table.
If it is off, use the adjustment Allen screws to adjust the red dot.
IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER use MIRROR # 1
IN THE LOWER LEFT CORNER use MIRROR# 2
Move the entire carriage front to back till the red dot stays in the center of the target.
Once you have the beam aligned front to back, now you are ready to check the alignment from the left side of the table to the right side of the table.
    -----------------------------------------
3.). With the carriage in the middle of the table (front to back) put the lens assembly on the left side, Then move to the right side of the table, IS THE RED DOT STAYING IN THE CENTER OF THE TARGET?
    If yes, you are done.
If no, use the 3 alignment Allen screws on the steering mirror on the left side of the carriage to adjust the beam till it, STAYS IN THE CENTER OF THE TARGET AS YOU MOVE THE LENS TO THE FAR LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF THE TABLE.
