Hi Jayr! All Amil are Postmil in a sense that Amil believes that Jesus will come at the end of the millennium. However, the key difference between amil and postmil is optimism. Postmil and some amil (I call them optimistic amil) believe that the world is so much better when Jesus comes again. Whereas, the rest of the amil are relatively pessimistic about the condition of the world when Jesus comes again. Why? Posmil (and some optimistic amil) believes that the kingdom of God conquers the kingdoms of this world. Jesus reigns in heaven and He is expanding that kingdom reign on earth during the millennium. Whereas, the rest of the amil believes that Jesus is reigning now but only in heaven and in the hearts of the believers on earth. Hi Sam! Pareho lng naman ang context and meaning. Ang pinagkaiba lang ay yung ἐγείρω ay verb at yung ἀνάστασις ay noun. Pero parehong tumutukoy sa resurrection. You can check how this is used in Romans 6.
Another key to understand that the first resurrection is not physical lies in the word protos (or first). The first one (spirtual) is different from the second resurrection (physical). I believe it was Kim Riddelbarger (In his book about amillennialism, which I encountered long time ago) who explained it well. Let me know if I should revisit the book for further explanation.

I believe the first resurrection is spiritual and then there is a physical resurrection at the Second Coming.
Sa language ng New Testament ay may spiritual resurrection talaga (especially in the writings of the Apostle Paul and Apostle John).

Hi Jayr! All Amil are Postmil in a sense that Amil believes that Jesus will come at the end of the millennium.
However, the key difference between amil and postmil is optimism. Postmil and some amil (I call them optimistic amil) believe that the world is so much better when Jesus comes again. Whereas, the rest of the amil are relatively pessimistic about the condition of the world when Jesus comes again.
Why?
Posmil (and some optimistic amil) believes that the kingdom of God conquers the kingdoms of this world. Jesus reigns in heaven and He is expanding that kingdom reign on earth during the millennium.
Whereas, the rest of the amil believes that Jesus is reigning now but only in heaven and in the hearts of the believers on earth. They don't believe that the kingdom of God will significantly transform the world during the millennium right before the Second Coming.
