I was a little turned off by the skin left on the fillet, it could have been removed so easily. But hell, who am I. Still looked great.

Almost exactly Heston Blumenthal's method for chips except the drying in the fridge was not done so it was faster. Looks good but the fish could be browner.

Why is she adding yeast to a liquid that has its own yeast? Also if you triple fry it chips. Chances are, it'll be overcooked.
