sincerely. wanted to inquire about the formation of the sheet on the table manufacturing. is common variations in kraft paper weight for corrugated? have a Fourdrinier machine - flat table where we have many variations of weight despite the readings in the scanner. further factor involved much moisture in the paper where it is also a parameter that influences much. Also consult you if the formation of kraft corrugated sheet is normal to be dispersed? I hope your thoughtful comments. Sonia Velasquez Bolivia
Sophie Valery Hi Sonia, thank you for your email.. Formation of kraft paper for corrugated is not very good, certainly not as good as printing and writing paper. But it does not have to be. The variations in moisture are due to variations in weight. The more fibre there is, the more water will be in the fibre and so the harder it is to dry to make a nice moisture profile. What is the consistency in your flow box? I have a nice chart (fishbone diagram), showing 39 contributing factors to poor formation If you send an email directly to me at steve@paperclassroom.com then i will send the diagram to you Steve
Very detailed and easy to understand. Thank you
Hi Steven, I need a custom recycled paper product to match my invention. I'm looking at counts of paper packages to be sold at ,10, 25, 30, 50
