I saw one of these is Jonesborough Tenn.a few weeks ago, outside an Antique shop...wasn't for sale...lol... My husband has been trimming a pretty big oak in the backyard...needless to say...those limbs won't be going in the fire pit. Love it...now I have to see your Snowman. Great job! New Sub!
You are a wise man...lol... keep wifey happy... Yes of course we want to watch you ad-libbing . The occasional imperfections makes us appreciate perfection.
Well God Bless your wife for asking you to make this. So very glad the antlers are out of branches too as these critters wouldn't be the same without them being all natural. I live right in the heart of a forest, in fact I'm watching 4 whitetail deer munching on some molasses soaked feed that I put out for them this morning. When it can get to -35C as it was last week, everyone needs a free meal to help carry them over. Anyway, keep putting out great content like this. I wish I could show you the live deer standing next to my "natural tree deer". Both kinds of deer are an awesome picture. Please bring on the snowman. ❤🇨🇦
I love watching any wood working you can do, lol guess what my boyfriend is doing this weekend, yup and now he has 6 orders for tree reminders.🤣 he's talking to a buddy to come help him to make a bunch for the Christmas yard sale lol thanks
That is awesome!!..if i'm not careful i can get lost out in my shop and my wife might have to shoot off a reminder to let me know that dinner is served in the house!! LOL.. Thanks for watching!!
Thank you, these where so,popular about 30 years ago ago when we lived in San Antonio, ours had a red light bulb for his nose, it feel apart getting dragged around the world with us.
Oh yes I think you could clean up making those things just before Christmas....I actually have had several request for them right now I just don't have the Time to make a bunch of em, and I like for my wife to have unique displays to keep it interesting...Thanks for watching!!
I love it. I’ll never have or operate a CNC, but I love to watch yours. But I’ve got all the tools to make a reindeer......just my humble opinion. Keep on keeping on. 👍👍
That was actually pretty cool, this is the first time I've watched a highway patrolman make a little cute reindeer 😁 of course we want to see you make the snowman...keep them coming brother...
Ha Ha Thank ya!!!...I did have to chuckle when you said Daniel taught me everything I know...Unfortunately I'm pretty sure he was in High School (I hope, may have been Jr. High) when I got on the patrol!!! Thanks for the great Shout out!!! and thanks for watching!!!
Thank you!!...I certainly don't consider myself to be a expert by any means...I do make a lot of different things though...Since your relatively new i'll repeat a saying I heard long ago..."eys, ears, fingers and clothes, keep them covered and clear or the scars will show"...Just a reminder to stay safe!!!! Thanks for watching!!
Loved the video! My dad was always making cute things and I miss helping him. You are very talented! I would love to watch any project you come up with.
Thank You!! and I have to credit my dad with what I know about wood working, he taught it for over 30 years and was a contractor for around 50 years! and could still teach me tons I don't know...Thank you for watching!!
It’s traditional to make these from spruce, a little smaller log dimensions and whittle the branch ends for the antlers and legs till they fit. Then you can change the angle of the head to look a little cuter. Thanks for posting.
It's great!! Only opinion I have is the head seems a little too long, but that's just me! I love it! I'm making small ornament size ones with crafting items. I don't measure, just eyeball it. You could sell those and I bet they would sell like hotcakes! Yes, please make the snowman video!!
That was pretty cool. Glad you went with branches for the antlers.⛄ Let me know if you do custom orders for people. I would love to have a sign made. 😁
I want you to know .... I loved your video because I love wood work especially reindeer!! I love reindeer!!! All sizes if I could I would have A Deer Ranch. I am -69 yrs old.
