Sidney is courageous to expose herself to the hundreds of coaches we are. Obviously her backhand is her stronger shot. Serve and forehand need a lot of development.
As for you, strong serving, good baseline tennis, relative to that the short game is not on the same level. A few things (if you care at all):
    1) high "sitters": topspin from above, starting at shoulder height; when you attack these with your regular upward topspin, you'll throw these out
    2) low "sitter": learn how to "roll" them over with a gentle brushing motion; too much pace and you'll net them
    3) volleys: focus on the split step; you have trained a lot on volleying but that goes to waste if you are volleying while still coming in
As always, great videos and tremendous progress!

    Great video.
Trey: you need to go heavier on the forehand. You should be absolutely ripping Sydney off the back of the court with a heavy high topspin forehand. Please work on adding seriously aggressive spin to the ball. The trajectory as to be an arc so the ball bounces and moves through aggressively. Against weaker opponents the match will end quicker.

I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt, but she was indeed making too many basic errors. When I started playing tennis again after 10+ years of inactivity I wasn't making errors like that. I was just out of shape and my timing was off. She looks like she needs some lessons in addition to practice.

Ok, don't think this comes from a haters perspective , but what has happened to Sydney the opponent since finishing D3 tennis just this year, she is fresh off her senior year with good results. Although I was shocked to see some of her D3 tennis opponents are UTR 2 and 3 and 4, she had good wins against UTR 7s and 6s. Did the 4 months or so I assume she took off decay her game that much? Something just doesn't add up.

Thing is I think Sydney played group lessons at Vanlawn tennis before and I think I played against her when I was like 15 at that time but had like around a 10 ish UTR and she did not play like she did in this video at all. Like sure I won the tiebreaks and stuff in the group lessons against her but they were competitive and she was playing like a 7-8 ish UTR back then. I'm not sure what happened. I'm also a D3 male tennis player rn (finished freshmen year) had a 10.5 UTR in college and stuff and I don't think good D3 womens teams are at this level and I'm nearly certain she was much better 2-3 years ago.
