If your in QC you need to more on Analytical skills, Improve your communication skills..
Keep the basics in finger tips, read all guidances especially related to Product specifications, understand the concepts of Pharmacopoeia
Difference between retesting and expiry date????
Expiration Dates are assigned to established products and are determined through real-time stability studies. The Expiration Date defines the total shelf life of the product.
Retest Dates are assigned to products for which long-term shelf life has not been fully established and Retest dates are assigned to new products and to products that are continuing on stability testing.
The retest date is assigned during product design, at the time of initial production, or at a stability testing interval.
As a general rule, all new products will be assigned a Retest Date until sufficient data is gathered to establish shelf life of 36 to 60 months.

Yes we can get the jobs in the mentioned segments but we believe there may be a chance of strong recommendation... Maybe even we are wrong, but there are very limited opportunities
