When I open the LUT Filter effect, there are no preset LUTs there, do I need to download these files somewhere? I use VEGAS Pro 17 Edit Windows Store Edition
Have a doubt ,the first time I started editing I used Vegas 13 Pro, just used it for simple editing but not much , then recently after my pc upgrade I switched to premiere pro...... I feel like I like your tutorial and you often post videos on this software and not much on premiere pro... What I ask is which is best software is best for editing (I edit gaming montages for myself ... ) Note : I slightly upgraded my pc but I don't have a graphics card from i3 to i7 5th gen processor and 16gigs of ram Is all I got... Suggest me which software i should use... Edit: your tutorials are awesome I hope you deserve subs ... You also remind me of Peter Meccinion
it really depends on what are you doing, PP is really good for collab editors and is what most of Hollywood uses, but Sony Vegas is just as good for YT and Gaming Montages,
V-LOG is a camera mode you can use with a lot of decreased contrast and saturation so you have a lot more freedom with color grading in the editing process.
Any of you know if i can animate a color grade ? Like when a drone shows a building and then flies up to show the background landscape. So is it possible to have the color grade at 50% effect and then move to 100% bearing as the shot progresses ? I know i can duplicate the clip to an upper track and then mix between them, but i just want to know if the effect percentage of the grade can be progressed/animated ?
what if you had one track 50% the other 100% and put in a dissolve transition into the 100% track so it slowly transitions to that more colorful track. would that work?

You have to make or find your own LUTs.
Yup. Some luts are free (most are just tints, not luts that will help you achieve a hollywood like result.)
What audio recording software you use and is it easy to edit out the fan noise?

2:45 why Not just disable resamplr on the project properties? So if you have multiple clips its done for all of them
It's more like, if everyone always disables it anyway, then why is the default setting to have it on?

How do i active the saphire plug ins that come with pro 18, there on the effects list but when u click on them they have a red X across the screen
You have to get a license for those ones.
